1. RTM Notifier - Props to Compuccino, Doomi & MiniTask - The best To-Do list app. However you need to register for an account before you start using it. Allows synchronization (offline/online).
2. Toro - Props to Twitch, TweetDeck & Spaz - The best standalone Twitter application. A must-have for Twitter enthusiasts.
3. Posty - For microblogging enthusiasts and supports Twitter, Jaiku, Pownce, Tumblr, Friendfeed and
Identi.ca.
4. Pixus - An onscreen measurement tool for designers out there. Ideal for interface designers as well.
5. Adobe Kuler - One of the first launched Adobe Air application. A palette picker and color combination too for designers and even programmers.
6. Adobe Digital Editions - The best E-Book reader out in the marketplace today. Supports PDF and DRM-protected E-Books.
7. Adobe Media Player - Again the best media player out there. Plays a variety of popular video and audio files.
8. Snackr - The greatest RSS ticker / scroller out there. Docks on the top, bottom, left and right hand screen.
9. pixDIF - A utility for designers/developers to help them see and measure differences between designs and design implementations.
10. Snippage - 'Snap' pieces of a website and place them on your desktop. A great 'snip' application indeed.

11. Caliper - Self explanatory. A caliper application for designers and CAD engineers. The best out there.
12. PlurkAir - Plurk is another microblogging application but is geared more towards the younger generation bloggers.
13. Acrobat.Com - A set of online services. Keyword 'Software As A Service' :) This gives Google and Microsoft a run for their money.
14. Q-Air - A 2D barcode generator. Don't download if you don't know what it is. It's used vastly in Japan. I love it!
15. Twhirl - Props to Feedalizr & Alert Thingy - Another must-have microblogging application. Supports connectivity to Twitter, FriendFeed and the video microblogging Seesmic.
16. Seesmic - The web's first video microblogging application. Very interesting indeed.
17. Shrink O'Matic - A batch resizing tool. Supports JPG, PNG and GIF files. Great tool for designers who work a lot with library images.
18. Websnapshots - Taking URL snapshots using one of the three sizing methods; Thumbnail, Browser or fullpage view.
19. Webkut - Capture webpages and parts of them in a very simple way is what the developer created this application for.
20.Passpack Desktop - A 'must have' password manager which can store your passwords securely (highly secure) in an offline or online method. 24/7 support and access. Synchronizes well with their database servers. Paid subscribers for their premium account allows more entries.
